By Jen Guyton · National Geographic photographer, scientist, certified coach"At a crossroads in my personal life and feeling paralyzed by indecision, Jen helped me access a level of vulnerability and depth that I rarely reach in other settings. Sharing those feelings gave me the clarity to understand what I truly wanted from life and how to begin moving toward it."
Michael Dorsey, coaching clientYou've done everything a capable person does.
You made the pros-and-cons list. Then you made it again.
You asked three people you trust and got three different answers.
You ran it in the shower, on the drive home, and again at 2 a.m., trying to see every way it could go wrong.
And the more you think about it, the less sure you feel.
Nothing is wrong with you.
The thinking has been handed a job it can't do: guarantee you'll never feel regret, never disappoint anyone, never find out you were wrong. No list is long enough for that. So you keep thinking, and the decision stays exactly where it is.
Self-trust isn't certainty.
What we picture
Knowing exactly what you want.
Making the right call the first time.
Never second-guessing.
Feeling sure before you move.
What it actually is
Knowing you can choose, watch it go somewhere you didn't expect, and figure it out from there.
Disappointing someone and living through their disappointment.
Changing your mind. Staying on your own side when things go off the rails.
The first version is out of reach for everyone.
The second one you can build, and you don't need to know how the story ends to start.
By the last page, you'll have:
1. The fear underneath the decision, named in your own words, with the practical part pulled out so it can get a plan instead of another week of worry.
2. Your decision sorted into what you know, what you're imagining, and what you still need to find out.
3. One next honest step, small enough to take this week, and the date you'll take it.
4. A signed self-trust agreement for the days you don't know what to do, and the days you're sure you've blown it.
Bring one decision. Work with it the whole way through.
The first five sections follow the Rewild Method, the same five pillars I use with one-on-one clients. The sixth gives you a week to practice.
Reveal
Find what you're actually afraid of.
You'll learn the difference between preparing and avoiding (from the inside they can feel identical) and follow the fear down to the feeling you've been working so hard not to have.

Reconnect
Hear your own voice under everyone else's.
Separate obligation, other people's wishes and imagined judgment from what you already know about your own life.

02 · Regulate
Regulate
Set the thinking down for a while.
A grounding practice to notice what's happening underneath the analysis, then a simple exercise that sorts facts from predictions.
Making Room for Uncertainty
04 · Realign
Realign
Find the next honest step.
Trade "What will guarantee the outcome I want?" for "What action would honor what I know right now?" Then name the step and the day.

06 · Integrate
Reclaim
Learn to have your own back.
Picture the moment you dread most, the disappointed text or the Sunday night you lie awake, and practice staying on your own side in it. Ends with your self-trust agreement.

Planning
I know the circling. For a long time I lived a few inches above my own body, managing everything, anticipating everything, trying to think my way to a future where nothing could go wrong.
I made this workbook for anyone still living up there. It won't hand you an answer. It will help you find the next honest step, take it, and trust yourself with whatever comes after.
There's nothing to perform here. You don't have to finish in one sitting or feel clear by the end. If part of you wants to do it perfectly and come out transformed by tomorrow, you can invite that part to sit this one out.
Keep your wild heart open,
Jen

Questions
-
Five sittings of 30 to 45 minutes, then seven days of short daily practice and a final page of reflection. Each middle section ends with a guided audio, which makes a natural place to stop for the day.
-
No. The size of the decision matters much less than your relationship to it. Leaving a job works. So does an invitation you can't decide whether to accept, a boundary you want to set, or the project that keeps sliding to the bottom of the pile.
-
That happens, and it isn't a failure. The workbook cares less about whether you decide by a certain day and more about how you treat yourself while you do.
-
A fillable PDF for your computer or tablet, or print it and write by hand. The audios are downloadable MP3s, so you can keep them and listen anywhere, even offline.
-
No. It's a self-guided coaching workbook. If an exercise stirs up more than feels manageable, stop, feel your feet on the floor, and come back another time or leave it.
-
The last page of the workbook has two ways in. Home Range is a small online group that meets with me weekly and moves through the same five pillars together; it hasn't opened yet, and the waitlist hears first so stay tuned. Or book a free discovery call and bring the decision you worked on.
You don't have to see the whole path.
You've done this before. In your own house in the middle of the night, no lights on, one hand on the wall, bare feet feeling for the edge of the rug. You couldn't see a thing. You got there anyway.
